What is it?
Yoga is a gentle mat based form of exercise designed to bring mind, body and spirit together, allowing the three to work in harmony. As Yoga works on the Chakras throughout the body, it is an excellent form of therapeutic exercise that helps to clear the mind, ease stress and tension and promote a feel good factor.
Fit Yoga is the basics of breathing, postures, stretching, relaxation and meditation that can be taught, either on its own to beginners, or combined with Pilates movements to give a complete body, mind and spirit workout!
