What causes sports injuries ?
Injuries occur when the body is under too much stress. People involved in high impact sport such as aerobics can commonly complain of aching knees, hips, ankles and soles of feet as well as associated upper body problems.
Failing to sufficiently warm up before exercise, poor flexibility, inadequate diet and muscle imbalance all contribute to or cause injuries to occur.
