Tuesday 8-9pm Beginners to intermediate 8 weeks € 100
Thursday 7-8pm Beginners / beginners plus 8 weeks € 100
Thursday 8-9pm Mixed level 8 weeks € 100
2 classes per week = € 180.

5-Week Summer Course - currently running for 5 weeks started Tuesday 3rd & Thursday 5th August.

Enrolling has just begun for the next 8-week course, as above, and classes will start on 7th and 9th September, cost € 100.

Reformer, mat, magic circle, overballs, foam rollers and bands are incorporated into private tuition. Also includes full postural assessment and muscle testing.
