INTRODUCTION
I started out in the field of health and fitness in 2001 as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with a major fitness organisation in Dublin. I have always been interested in health from a very young age due to the fact that doctors, specialist and nurses run right through my family.

Through working with people of all fitness levels in the gym and on home visits, I discovered the benefit of further broadening my horizons in order that I could, not only prescribe fitness programming, but aid in the recovery of injury, postural strain etc as I felt that a lot of my clients would benefit from this service.

CURRENT STATUS

In my practice in Raheny, I now specialise in Pilates 1-2-1 tuition, group classes, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Indian Head Massage.

When you book in for a treatment, you will receive a full postural assessment. This helps me to source where a particular problem may be coming from, and work on the relevant area. I will then advise on any aftercare, and/or where necessary, prescribe exercises or stretches that you will need to do at home. I will then arrange to see you again for any follow up treatment.

I currently work with a lot of sports people for both sports injuries and pilates 1-2-1 tuition.. They find the benefits of regular massage treatments, combined with specific pilates programming, extremely beneficial in improving their sporting performance and overall sense of wellbeing.

You will find that our multidisciplinary approach to your health will achieve real results for you, the client, and that is what is important.
