Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a form of massage typically used before, during and after athletic events. It helps the athlete obtain maximum performance with less chance of injury or pain.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) uses a wide range of manipulative techniques such as Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy Techniques (METs), Integrated Neuro-Muscular Techniques (INIT), Positional Release, Strain-Counterstrain, Mechanotherapy, Cryotherapy and Mobilisation techniques.

Pilates

Pilates is a low impact, mat based form of exercise. It works on the core muscles of the body, i.e. the abdominals and surrounding areas.

Healings

Spiritual healing is similar to Reiki, involving the client lying down or seated, fully clothed. I also incorporate crystals into my healings to enhance the energy flow within the body.

Indian Head Massage

A wonderful relaxing therapy involving massage of the upper back, shoulders, arm, neck, head and face. Practiced regularly in India and other far eastern countries from early childhood, indian head massage is extremely therapeutic and calming for both children and adults.

Angel/Crystal Readings

Angel cards and crystals are a lovely way to connect with your angels and spirit guides. Done in a similar way to any card reading, each card guides you in the direction you need and helps to clarify your current and future life path.
